Together with you and the different stakeholders, I will run a diagnosis and clarify the situation. We can clarify positions, rules, processes, competences, …We will define which items have to be treated. Then we will break it all down in smaller and reachable targets. This will help you to initiate change smoothly. If you want I can go a step further and assist you to implement your priorities.
In case of a crisis, I will help you to put in place innovative solutions as alternatives of the ones that didn’t work.
Trainings

In small workshops I will guide you and your team step by step through the concepts, stages, tools and implementation of change.
This will help your teams not only to clarify their situation, and to have a view on the actions and tasks to be done, but they will be able to embrace the change and to initiate it being prepared.

Perhaps, you just need a sparring partner? I will help you to find your way again, to fix your priorities, to get back on track and to stick to your new objectives.
I will use some change management and coaching technics, but my guidance will essentially be nourished by my experience on the job.
